What this page covers
This page explains what information this website collects, why, how long it is kept and how to ask for changes. It applies to the project brief form and to ordinary site visits.
What we collect
The brief form collects the project type, services, budget band, timeline, your description, name, work email, company, role and your consent. Site visits collect only functional cookies required for the site to work.
Why we collect it
Brief details are stored so we can read, evaluate and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share brief content with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Briefs are kept for up to 12 months if the conversation does not continue, then deleted. Active projects keep records for the duration of the engagement and the agreed support window.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion of your brief at any time using the project form and the same email address. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses functional cookies only. There is no third-party analytics or advertising tracking on this site; measurement questions are answered with server-level logs in aggregate.
Where data lives
Briefs are stored on the studio’s own infrastructure. Email replies originate from the studio’s mail service; providers are selected for reliability and data protection terms.
Changes and contact
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about privacy go through the project form, marked “Privacy request”.
