This website describes ScaleCraft services and publishes engagement records, articles and studio information. It is an introduction, not a contract for services.
Engagements
Client engagements are governed by a written scope and a separate services agreement. Where this website and an agreed scope differ, the agreed scope applies.
Content accuracy
Engagement records describe objectives, decisions and deliverables. They do not publish client names or outcome figures, and they are written to be read alongside a conversation with the studio.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, code and images on this site belong to ScaleCraft or are used under licence. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; bulk reproduction needs written permission.
Website availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced on the studio’s channels where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
