Work

Engagement records.

Objective, approach and what shipped — for teams whose names stay with them. Filter by discipline or sector.

How we scope

From first call to a written scope.

The same intake runs for every engagement, whatever its size.

  1. A short call

Twenty minutes on the situation, the constraint and who decides.

  2. A written scope

Deliverables, assumptions, timeline and a typical range — before any contract.

  3. A working session

If it fits, the senior pair starts with the first decisions on the table.

Engagement models

Three shapes of commitment across all records.

Every record on this page ran as a project, a sprint or a partnership — the same senior team in each.

Fixed scope

Project

One outcome with agreed deliverables, a timeline and a typical range.

Two weeks

Sprint

A single decision: audit, message test or flow draft, with a written recommendation.

Quarterly

Partnership

A standing roadmap with monthly cycles and quarterly reviews.

Reading a record

What each record contains.

  • Sector, disciplines, duration and team size
  • The situation and the brief in plain language
  • Approach: the decisions and the evidence behind them
  • Deliverables and artifacts you could inspect in a handover
  • What the team would measure next — without inventing results

Questions

About our engagement records.

Questions

Why are there no client names?

Most of our work sits under confidentiality. Records describe the sector and the work; the detail is what matters for judging fit.

Where are the results?

We report what shipped and what we would measure next. Outcome numbers belong to the client team that continued the work.

Can we see more detail on a call?

Yes — for a live conversation we can walk through artifacts from comparable engagements, under the same confidentiality.

How do you choose what to publish?

Records are written while the work is fresh, reviewed with the client team for confidentiality, and dated.

Have a similar problem?

Tell us the situation and the constraint. We will tell you how we would approach it.
