Studio
A senior pair, with specialists when needed.
We are deliberately small: the people who scope your work are the people who do it. Strategy, design and engineering sit in the same room — and stay for the handover.
Why we work this way
Small teams keep the story straight.
Most agencies lose the thread between the pitch and the build. We keep the same senior people in the room from the first call to the last review.
Specialists join for named surfaces — systems, front-end build, research — instead of staffing layers. That keeps decisions close to the work and the handover honest: what we promise in the scope is what you can inspect at the end.
The team
Three people you will actually meet.
Profiles use monograms by choice: we do not publish stock portraits as our team.
How we measure our work
Methods, not medals.
We agree what will be measured before the work starts, and we hand over the plan for measuring it — first-run completion, quote requests per page, coverage and drift for systems, accessibility violations per surface. We do not publish outcome claims for client work; those numbers belong to the teams that continue it.
Agree measures
Before design starts, we write down the two or three numbers this work should move.
Instrument
Events, dashboards or audits are prepared with your team — not bought from a tool.
Hand over
Documentation, owners and a 30-day window; the measures live with your team after that.
Working with us
What we need from you.
A decision-maker
Someone in the room who can say yes to scope.
Access to reality
Users, analytics or support tickets — whatever the question needs.
A named owner
For handovers and for keeping the system alive after we leave.
Questions
About the studio.
Questions
Are you hiring?
We are a small studio and add people rarely. If your practice matches ours, the project form is the right way to say hello.
Where are you based?
We work as a distributed studio across CET and EST hours, with two working sessions per project week on your clock.
Do you take smaller projects?
Yes — sprints exist for exactly that: one decision, two weeks, a written recommendation.
Can you work with our existing agency?
Frequently. We take one surface, document it properly, and hand it back without drama.

Positioning before pixels: the research pass most B2B redesigns skip
Most B2B redesigns fail before the first wireframe – because nobody agreed what the company is actually selling. Here is the research pass that fixes it.
Read articleDesign tokens are an operations problem, not a CSS problem
Teams rarely fail at token syntax. They fail at naming, ownership and the quiet drift that starts the week after launch.
Read articleOnboarding is the product: designing first-run for B2B software
For most B2B tools, the first ten minutes decide the first year. Treat onboarding as a product surface, not a set of tooltips.
